First hand account of trial

PLEASE KEEP A FEW THINGS IN MIND.

1st - THE JUDGE IN THIS CASE DECIDED THAT THE DEFENSE COULDN'T ARGUE THE LAW IN HIS COURT. IT WOULD HAVE TO GO TO A HIGHER COURT. THEREFORE THE CONSTITUTION WAS NOT ALLOWED.

2nd - JUDGE RULED THAT THIS WASN'T A "SANCTIONED" MILITIA BY THE GOVERNOR OF ARKANSAS. THEREFORE ALL DEFENSE USING THE MILITIA AS AN ARGUMENT WERE NOT ALLOWED.

3rd - WAYNE FINCHER TESTIFIED - BUT NOT IN FRONT OF A JURY. THEY WANTED TO SEE WHAT HE WOULD SAY WHEN QUESTIONED AND SINCE THEY WEREN'T GOING TO ALLOW THE LAW OR MILITIA TO BE ADMITTED..... HE WASN'T ALLOWED TO TESTIFY IN FRONT OF A JURY.

4th - IN CLOSING ARGUMENTS THE GOVERNMENT OBJECTED TO THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY WHEN THEY FELT HE WAS MENTIONING LAW TOO MUCH. I WAS THERE AND IT WAS A PITIFUL EXAMPLE OF BEING ABLE TO DEFEND YOURSELF. THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY WAS REDUCED TO RAMBLING ABOUT HITLER, ROME AND HOW PILOT COULD FIND NO FAULT IN JESUS BUT HE DOOMED HIM ANYWAY. THEY COULD ONLY HOPE FOR SYMPATHY BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ABILITY TO ARGUE WHY WAYNE FINCHER FELT HE HAD A REASON TO HAVE THE GUNS.

HOLLIS WAYNE FINCHER IS PREPARED TO TAKE THIS TO THE SUPREME COURT AND I HOPE YOU ALL WILL SEND THIS ARTICLE OUT AND GET IT THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES.

this whole thing sounds like a bunch of whining to me. (and this comment is totally on topic.)

you guys seem to think that it's ok for someone to break the law for obvious charges and then get away with it...IF it furthers your own agenda.

if some guy down the street was slammed with the same charges and he was NOT on your side, then you'd be all for him getting locked away. say someone associated with the "eeeevil nwo" had illegal firearms...you'd be all for him rotting away in jail.

admit it!

you are all sooo against "doing what you will", but you seem to like it when it benefits you. double standards!!

i don't know the details of this case, and i have nothing against this wayne fincher guy...but i do have a problem with the attitude that has surrounded the whole thing.

yes i do believe that fincher should be able to do whatever he wants to do...have whatever he wants to have..have the right to speak...etc.

..BUT!!!
i also believe that right should be extended to EVERYONE. regardless your affiliation. you can't make rights a members only club.

besides, you don't even UNDERSTAND the message behind do what you will.

the whole thelemic message has been misunderstood and twisted by you guys. it isn't ONLY "do what thou will shall be the whole of the law"..it's just like your christian bible, you have to take things in context. the LAW is love, love under WILL. and there is no law beyond do what thou will. see? does it make sense? do what thou will refers to LOVE and the true will. maybe research that. "true will". i just think this whole concept is misrepresented by your so called 'side'...
so if everyone followed this concept, we would all be doing good and nice things and loving one another unconditionally...not fighting and hating and causing problems. just a thought.

anyway, seems to me people are acting based on this guy's affiliation and not his rights. that's my point. lol. that is all.

have a good day!

Help me out and cite an example of how this is a club with special rights? It would make your message more powerful, and I like to look into it.

Personally, it bothers me as everyone else to hear the government is encroaching on our rights. This Wayne Fincher case is figuretively a battle of a larger war with the government, and everyone who feels helpless or a pulse to do something would like a just outcome. So these events take a scared symbol.

Seperately, if your a bible believer, I think this verse goes will with the fate of Mr. Fincher against the fiat law:

Luke 13
34. "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killer of prophets and stoner of the apostles that were sent to her, how many times* I wished to gather your children, like a hen that gathers her chicks under her wings but you did not want it.

i did not say that it IS a club with special rights, i said that you can't MAKE it a club with special rights...and if you read my entire comment, you would see the context i was using. it was a generalization...with no specific citation.

the whole point of my entire comment is this:

people in the so-called truth movement have latched on to this case because it is about 'rights', and because it involves a person involved in a militia or an organization outside the general government. that's pretty much what the truth movement people like, rights and anti-government status. however if it had been about fred down the street having a sawed off shotgun and violating the laws, and hey, he was a nice man who belonged to the local chapter of freemasonry, then the truth movement people wouldn't have even bothered. that is my point. nothing more.

i tried to elaborate by explaining that i am not against this fincher person..and even admitted that i really don't know a lot about his case...but i do know that if it was a person who's beliefs conflicted with the truth-movement people's beliefs, then warrman here wouldn't be posting anything about it on his blog.

that is where my generalization about private clubs came in. rights are rights, whether they belong to fincher, the militia guy...or fred the freemason. period.

i am in no way advocating the government encroaching on rights. as i said, i believe every person should be responsible for his own actions. which means, what works for you works for you and that should be good enough to work for everyone.

as for your bible quote, well, if you read my entire comment you would figure out that i am not a bible believer...but your quote makes me wonder....do you see this fincher as a prophet or an apostle? interesting.

anyway, if this is such an atrocity in the rights category, has anyone contacted the aclu?
just a thought.

I better understand, but I'm not aware of such a divide. But I remember this other person contending that police have the same rights to the second amendment as others who are not police. Will, why not? Why shouldn't Fred, the mason? At that time, I took the bait, and said second amendment was meant for people to defend themselves from the government.

I don't know why they think there is a double standard, when most times it's other way around with the government. Simply, it's the haves and the have nots. And the have nots are critized for seeking what they don't have or have limited.

Overall, it seems to be issue of paradigms. It's better to not say who is right in this but explain.

Anyways, I'm not much of a bible believer, but I enjoy immersing myself in a broad range of subjects, one of them is the bible, althought my knowledge in all is small.

That bible verse was choosen to show how the same forces who were against Jesus and other biblical figures are the same ones faced today. If Jesus first appearance on earth were within our time, for some reason or another, Jesus would be crusified. It seems this world can't stand people or beings with high ideals when it affects their bottom line or control.

First pick up an arkansas state constitution. Then read article 2 of the arkansas state constitution( and remember the constitution doesn't grant or protect any rights just puts a leash around government so tyrannical abuse doesn't occur) sections 2, 3, 5,21, and 29.

Next find a copy of Citizens rule book, and read it. Then read the decleration of independence and the constitution for the united states of america.

examine each of these items very carefully--without prejudice, and that is what the law says.

The constitutions are not living, breathing documents. they say exactly what they mean. And when a blackrobed thug sits on his high alter of judicial tyranny and says that the law will not be discused in a courtroom he, needs to be censured, and imprached for failure to uphold his oath of office(which I doubt has ever taken),to protect and defend the constitution for the united states of america and quite possibly the arkansas state constitution.

Now let's impeach the washington county sherriff for failure to uphold the arkansas state constitution, when federal nazi-scumbags entred the sherriff domain and the sherriff did not boot the jack-booted thugs out of the county. Yes the sherriff has that right, but he failed to do his constitutional duty and protect his fellow citizens he swore to defend.

The B(astard)AFT agent violated title 18USC section 241 and/ or title 18USC section 242. As punishment under title 18USC the B(astard)ATF agent scumbag would be thrown in jail for 1year and a $1,000 fine. But if Mr. Fincher was to die as a result of the agents actions the agent could be put to death.

Now on to the ignorant bastards that sat on the jury. Read the items already mentioned, for one day you would want a competent jury to challenge the judges instructions. Yes the jury can, and has done that many times in the past. I know, I sat as one with my citizens rule book. and I read it to aloud. Much thanks was handed my way from the jurors and wished thay has read it before the trial.

I would feel safer knowing that a neighbor has fully auto and military weapons compared to the insolent, spineless, yellow bastard that may be a neighbor. For when SH** hits the fan I know who has my back and who wouldn't.

In closing many of you may not know me and some do but please enjoy this

anyhoo, funny how no one comments till they think they can argue. lol. i'm not arguing with anyone. i AGREE that fincher should have his rights. i AGREE that things went awry. I AGREE.....my point, once again and for the last time, was about equality. tah dah! nothing more. i was simply making a point about equality. the end.

anon,
"Anyways, I'm not much of a bible believer"
thank god...or whomever! lol ;) it's almost always about what is right in 'gods' eyes on these things. issues are so much simpler when you take the fanaticism out of it all.

Yes things did go awry.

Now let's put the gun thing in a diffrent light.

Q:Why does one buy insurance of any kind?

A:Because one can not see so far ahead that one can avoid all accidents.

All arms are a kind of insurance against governmental tyranny, stop foriegn agressors from launching a full scale invasion on these shores, and for protecting ones life.

Does it make any sense for a private person to own a bazooka or RPG launcher, no. But what would happen if you needed defending from a superior army. owning an RPG sounds perfect to slow or stop enemy advancements. use the motto of the boy scouts "be prepared"

That's how the Japanese were in WW2 before the demoralizing a-bombs.

It's funny, but speaking of superior armies, maybe everyone should have nukes?

Anyways, everyone can agree all nukes and low-yeild nukes, and DU should be BANNED for their irreversible damage. Anyone wants a deform baby? (It's a crime how much DU was dumped in Iraq and Afghanistan.)

p.s love the refresher course
