This day in History

22 August 1992, FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi, shot awoman in the head while she was holding a 10 month old baby, in broad daylight.

Aug. 22 1992, Horiuchi fired a shot at a man ducking into the cabin. The shot killed Vicki Weaver as she stood inside the cabin behind the door, holding her infant daughter, Elisheba. The killing occurred on the second day of an 11 day stand off that began with a shoot out that killed the Weavers son Samuel, 14 and U.S. Deputy Marshal Willam Degan. The federal government, though, is leaping to Horiuchi's defense, because he was obeying an order. But the Nuremberg and MyLai prosecutions have established that "I vas just following orders" is no excuse for killing innocent people. The license-to-kill orders were so outrageous that other FBI snipers at the scene-- for example, the SWAT team from Denver --agreed among themselves that the license-to-kill order should not be obeyed. The Denver agents chose to disobey the unconstitutional order, and instead to stick with the traditional rules of engagement. Besides choosing to obey an illegal assassination order, Horiuchi lied under oath at Randy Weaver's trial. Horiuchi claimed that he opened fire on Randy Weaver and Kevin Harrisbecause the two men were threatening to shoot an FBI helicopter. But the trial judge found this testimony so blatantly false that he ordered the charges related to the testimony to be dismissed.(The helicopter was now here near where Weaver or Harris could have shot at it.) [The Ruby Ridge Prosecutions] Yesterday, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported that FBI agent Charles Riley said all the way back in June 1993 that he heard shots fired from a sniper post occupied by agent Lon Horiuchi - The FBI's favorite hitman The head of one of the Midwest's largest taxpayer groups today named F.B.I. sniper Lon Horiuchi "Tax Villain of the Month" for crimes against U.S. citizens committed while collecting a salary paid by U.S. taxpayers. - Taxpayers Name F.B.I. Assassin Lon Horiuchi Tax Villain of the Month"put his name and face on every milk cartoon in the state along with his accomplices in the FBI, ATF, and Delta Force. - Wanted: Lon Horiuchi -Killer Horiuchi allegedly shot several Davidians as the attempted to flee their burning church.-Faces of Evil The FBI sniper who killed the wife of Randy Weaver is declared Immune from state prosecution, the federal appeals court ruled Wednesday. This ruling has the same effect as granting a license to kill with impunity to any government agency. In 1992 an FBI employee hireda killer by the name of Lon Horiuchi, who shotVicki Weaver in the head with his 308 caliber high-powered telescoped equipped sniper rifle from 200 yards, while she held her nursing baby in her arms, killing her instantly.

His supervisor at Ruby Ridge, Larry Potts, was later promoted. Horiuchi & team captain DickRogers were sent to Waco in April 1993, and shot Brand Davidians as they left their church, trying to escape the fire from FBI-ATF CS gas-induced fires.

There is no statute of limitations on murder. The District Attorney in Boundary County Idaho should reconsider a murder trial against Horiuchi. lets hope he will be successful http://www.nndb.com/people/007/000028920/

The Randy Weaver story is a sad one. It makes me sick.

I tell you what else makes me sick... Bush supporting the Plan B abortion pill. (not that I expected otherwise) I actually broke down this morning and wept. I cried for the children and for the sheep who just don't get it. Those who will get up today and still support him. Who will think that the political system is working. That believe in the two party scam. What will it take?

Also, I don't know if anybody is in touch with Melissa but.... I found myself on www.youtube.com here awhile back. I ran onto a clip with Cathy O'brien. This clip talks about her mutilation and actually shows it. I'm not sure if anybody is interested in seeing the little face on her private region but....... it's there if you do. I thought the interview was only about her MK Ultra experience. Imagine my shock when it got to that part. Truly some evil stuff.

Ok then - that's all the info that I have.

God Bless

um...
plan b is not an abortion pill. you are thinking of ru486.

plan b is simply a stronger birth control pill, a hormone (levonorgestrel), that is to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. if you are already pregnant the plan b pill will NOT affect the pregnancy. it works exactly like a regular birth control pill. i guess if you are opposed to regular birth control, then plan b would be offensive.

but it is not an abortion pill.

and cathy o'brien... whatever.

probably one of the biggest disinformation scams of the whole conspiracy network. lol. IN MY OPINION ANYWAY.... but what the hell do i know?

i am always the "anti" to everyone's comments. lol. just call me anti jen. or the antigen. oooh. now there's an idea. lol. sorry, i'm just being downright silly now. sorry.

later.

Hey Jen

I misrepresented the Plan B pill - my bad. I found some more information about it after I posted the comment and I should have come back on here and corrected myself. I guess that's why I have you.... and you have me. HA !

I do agree with your assessment on Cathy O'Brien. She's really hard to believe. I saw the little carving on her regions but that still doesn't convince me of what claims. I don't deny that there are sickos who would do that.... i just don't know that they were done to her. I would have to really look into it and I haven't felt compelled to do so thus far. Melissa may have a better feel for it since she read her book. So far though - she's iffy at best.

Are we the only 2 nose bleeds who come on here?

Warrman - why have you forsaken me?

hey!!

"if i can't have you....i don't want nobody baby"

funny the things that enter your brain when least expected, huh?

*i've really got to start signing in to yahoo...lol*

i'm sure other people come here but they are intimidated by our super-genius and feel too threatened to comment. lol. i personally know of two people who read this blog all the time but i will chop their little piggies off if they type one word. lol. the power i hold. it's amazing. (cough cough)

anyway, cathy o'brien. i think she is just lookin for love in all the wrong places, ya know? and it's sad because i'm sure there really are people out there who need help but schmucks like her discredit anything that might help them. she uses conspiracy just like women who can't stop having kids use welfare. use it and use it for gain and discredit those who really need it. (i have more to say on that subject but i offend most people so i shall shut up)

speaking of women who can't stop having kids....maybe the government should issue THEM some plan b contraceptives as part of their welfare package. or even RU486. now THAT would be a good plan.

seriously.

and yeah, warrman, why hast thou forsaken your true followers? we could make up the church of warrman. um, let's see, first united church of warrmanship. work for anyone? it would be about as legit as any other religion. lol.

*giggle*

ok i'll stop. i'm sure i've offended everyone by now. i've taken from every controversial subject available. lol.

my job here is complete.

later!

oh, and my comment about the whole ruby ridge thing.....

well, there are a lot of details that i'm sure we are not privvy to and therefore we cannot make a judgment call on it all. yes it's sad....but let me ask you this....

all of the emphasis on the fact that she was holding a baby. so what. SO WHAT? was her life more valuable just because she had a freakin baby? if the weavers were childless and she was killed in the same way without the baby in her loving maternal freakin arms, would it be as sad? why is human life regarded more sacred if a baby is involved? how many times have you heard it? oooh, how sad that so and so died...did they have any kids? WHO CARES? life is life.

i've read a lot about the weavers and if they seriously cared so much about their kids well being, they would have taken the offer given to them if only to protect their kids. if babies are soooo important, then why not do whatever is necessary to ensure their safety?

if the weavers didn't care enough to protect their children by obeying the law first of all (yes yes those sawed off shotguns will get ya every time), and then by cutting a deal to reduce the charges, then why should we oooh and aaaahhh over the fact that she was killed while HOLDING her BABY??? she didn't care enough to protect it otherwise.

-oh, i'm sorry. her "nursing" baby. that makes it even better, doesn't it?

ugh.

lol.

I don't even know where to start. I've been busy trying to get people to look at the spp.gov website and crap like that.

I get what you're saying about the Weaver lady and the baby. I dunno though - maybe a bit harsh. But, I hardly profess to be an expert on Ruby Ridge.

It's such a shame that things have to suck so bad.

Check out the zionist videos on www.youtube.com - type in zionist in the search box. Some good stuff !!!

maybe not.

Yes Jen,
Your right they had a right to blow her head off and to burn up little kids at Waco.

7:48 AM
Blogger jenny said...

i wasn't talking about rights. i was talking about how people place more value on life if it involves a child.

life is life, whether a child is involved or not.

like i said, i don't know the TRUE details of what happened that day and neither does anyone else unless they were there...so i avoided any comment that would make it seem as though i was 'for' or 'against' any part of it. i focused instead on the importance of life, whether the woman was holding a baby or a cat...her life was taken and what was in her arms should not have mattered one bit.

and i never even brought up waco. so, the kids who died at waco were more of a tragedy than the adults? you really think so? i don't. the whole thing was a tragedy. if there were no kids present at the compound, and all of the adults died, you wouldn't have cared? it wouldn't have been a tragedy?

life is life.
period.

*of course my real response to the whole thing has been restrained and instead i posted what everyone would be ok with instead of what i really think...typical me. lol. i'd hate to be accused of talking evil poop or anything. s'ok. i can conform to an acceptable manner for everyone. no problem. lol. just call me jen the chameleon.

besides, there's nothing better than a good debate, whether it's right or wrong, it's just good to argue sometimes. lol.

(sorry i'm really cranky today.)

I still wanna know why Zeph (ehem... excuse me - Woody Keith) writes his own book reviews?

HAHHAHAHA!

Did you notice how Victor and Lisa conformed to the new RBN rules? No more talking about Alex or the other hosts they were smearing. Is that not censorship?

Frank participates in CENSORSHIP? nuh uh - no way

LOLOLOLOL MUhahhahahah

Since no life is more important than another - would it have been bad if she would have used her baby as a shield? Self preservation right? Sure you wouldn't be getting the mother of the year award - but hell, you'd be alive.

6:49 AM
Blogger jenny said...

eh, i haven't even listened to the frank show all week. for some reason it just hasn't seemed important to me. so i can't honestly comment about lisa and victor. except to say they are moronic retards...just from past experience...lol.

zeph is a great mystery. (and i laughed when i typed the word great...ha ha ha ) i doubt we will ever know why he does what he does. i think he is spending too much time in the sun or something...chewing on cacti or eating poison frogs. lol. don't those things give you 'revelations' or 'prophecies'? lol..plus the minute he is mentioned here, the comments are deleted, so... i'm just waiting for the big ole delete. lol.

using babies as shields...hmmm. would you like my HONEST answer or would you like the chameleon one? i have both. i'm always prepared. lol. i am well trained. lol.

toodles.

**i just exercised my right to free speech. yay me. now warrman can exercise his rights and delete my comments. lol. yay him.**

You aren't bothering me - be as honest as you want.

I listened to Vic and Lisa - didn't listen today, or the rerun day, or the Debbie (berkey lady) day & maybe one other day besides that. Most of the guests blow.

So Warrman - is there a reason we can't discuss Zeph or the RBN censorship? The last time Zeph was on he sounded extremely ..... how shall i say this.... smacked out of his head on drugs. He was bouncing around topics, answering his own questions, laughing like a ghoul and any other retarded thing you could think of. I don't know where his prophecies come from but I betcha it's after he digests some magic shrooms.

Oh well. I'm sure there's something productive for me to be doing. I keep waiting for there to be a true local movement - you'd think after all this time of me trolling around in here I'd give up.

I must have a serious problem. Maybe I'll make a movie and then write my own review.

See ya - hugs and kisses to all my fans out there. I couldn't have made it this far in life without ya.

9:49 AM
Blogger jenny said...

lol if you paid me enough, i'd give you a good review. ha ha ha.

too bad they can't come up with a way to make mutant babies..they could be engineered to have hard turtle shells and that way when they are used as human shields, they have that extra protection. plus it would combat the nasty mess the un-shelled babies tend to make on the adults who use them. lol.

see, i'm being awful.

but my real HONEST answer to the question is this:

too bad they didn't hit both of them. now we have to worry that the kid will grow up to be like it's parents. who needs more of that crap in the world? not me! i just don't get people most of the time.

have a great weekend! i'll be watching for you on the movie previews.

and yeah, looks like we really are the only nosebleeds who come here. but ya know, that makes it an exclusive thing. lol.

we matter. (ha ha ha ha)

later.

Well Jenny - I guess we'll have to differ on our "Weaver Family Thoughts".... but that's ok.

I hate the idea that a kid will grow up being totally nutso because of parents .... but there is a chance that their kid won't.

Anyway - I think I've played this whole topic out.

I need to do some research - i'm starting a trivia game with my co-workers. I come up with four topics and only 3 are true. Today will be the first run on them. Wish me luck on cracking through the matrix.

Blogger jenny said...

yes yes i differ with most people on most of my thoughts. that's ok. (i was mostly kidding anyway, i mean, turtle children? c'mon!). but most people aren't supposed to agree with my thoughts. lol.

see....everyone is supposed to believe they are making a difference in the world and that things are going to get better. the more people you wake up, the better, right? lol.
'wake up america, you're free to do as you're told!!'
...right?
live in a dream state...like most everyone else. it's all ok. just don't pay attention and it will all get better. lol.

uh, yeah ok. waking people up isn't going to work. but live with the delusion. it isn't going to make one damn bit of difference in the end. but if it makes your world better, that's all that matters. if it lulls you into your security, then it's all good....it must be working.

(i'm making general statements, don't take them personally. k?)

good luck on the matrix thing!

wake more o' them there sheeples up so they can look silly and down right ridiculous, fighting that 'good fight' and proving that people who believe the 'fringe' news really are a little bit crazy. lol.

the more crazies out there, the better. seems to me we could use a little managed mental health care in the good ole u s of a. lol.

cheers!

Hey warrman - i like the my space page - "wake the hell up people" is my favorite line.

What's the deal with that user's picture? The one that has 3 people on a bed. Is that one "guy?" missing his pants? It looks like 3 people in some serious sexual twist. Go look - I swear that guy doesn't have any underwear on and I'm not sure about the one beside him.

Also, Lee Crocks granddaughter - where the hell are her britches?

6:38 AM
Blogger jenny said...

nah. those are 3 kids, all girls. if you read the comments, the person using that pic is a friend of warrmans daughter. lol. all have their pants on. they're just goofing off.

as for crock's granddaughter... well, whatever floats your boat i suppose. lol. i must admit it's better (of her face) than her first picture.

....but i'm way too much of a snob to really get into this conversation. lol. i'm using amazing restraint. hee hee.
